I saw this urli on amazon and my parents loved it but unfortunately it was unavailable then sadly order different one and canceled it as I wanted elephant urli only. Then I searched for Greymode directly and finally found it here. And I also appreciate your support team for responding on queries. Planning to order same again if international shipping is available.

I had ordered this beautiful uruli and when it got delivered, I unfortunately only received the bowl, but not the two cows. Once I reached out to them, they were super quick to check and resolve it and quickly actioned the delivery of the missing pieces! Now my uruli is complete and it’s going to be my most prized possession. It’s just so beautiful :) Thank you!
