Returns & Replacement Policy
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, and you have the UNBOXING VIDEO.
For international orders, unfortunately, we are unable to take any returns at this time.
Returns for Change of Mind (No Defect / Wrong Size / Wrong Color)
We take great care to provide detailed product descriptions, size guides, and color information on every product page. We request all customers to review these carefully before placing an order.
If you wish to return a product for reasons not related to a defect or error on our part — such as:
We do accept such returns, however a shipping deduction will apply on your refund:

Tamil Nadu — ₹500 will be deducted from your refund

Other States (India) — ₹800 will be deducted from your refund

International — Returns not applicable
The deduction covers the two-way shipping cost involved in the return process.
Why is this deduction applied?
Every Greymode product is thoughtfully handcrafted by our skilled artisans. Unlike mass-produced items, each piece is made with significant time, effort, and material investment. When a returned item arrives damaged or no longer in sellable condition, we are unable to reuse or resell it, which means that piece is a complete loss for us. The deduction helps us partially cover the two-way shipping costs involved in the return process and ensures we can continue to fairly compensate our hardworking team for every piece they pour their care into. We appreciate your understanding and support of handmade craftsmanship.
📦 Returned Product Condition Check
Once we receive your returned product, our team will carefully inspect the item before processing the refund.

If the product is returned in the same condition as the image or video proof submitted by you at the time of return request — refund will be processed after deducting the applicable courier charges

If the product has any damage that was not present at the time of dispatch — an additional amount will be deducted based on the extent of the damage

The damage deduction amount will be calculated only after inspection and you will be informed accordingly before final settlement
⚠️ Please Note: Greymode reserves the right to determine the condition of the returned product. Our inspection decision will be final.
Why additional deductions may apply for damage
Our handcrafted products cannot simply be repaired or restocked like factory-made goods. If a returned item arrives in a damaged condition, it cannot be offered to another customer and represents a complete loss of the artisan's labor and materials. Any additional deduction is applied only to reflect this real impact, and we will always communicate the amount transparently before making any final deduction.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances:

Sale or discounted items — Any product purchased during a sale or with a discount code is not eligible for return or refund

Customised or personalised products — Items that are made to order or personalised specifically for you cannot be returned or exchanged

🌍 International Orders – Return & Replacement Policy
No returns or replacements are accepted for international orders under any circumstances, including:
International shipping involves high shipping costs and complex logistics. By placing an international order, the customer acknowledges and agrees that they are ordering at their own risk.
We strongly recommend international customers to:

⚠️ Please Note: Once an international order is placed, it is considered final. Grey Mode will not be responsible for any damage, loss, or issues occurring during or after international shipping.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order before the product has been shipped by emailing us at support@greymode.in or WhatsApp @ +917530021666. Your entire order amount will be refunded.
In case the item you have ordered has been shipped but has not yet been delivered to you, you may still cancel the order online. Your refund will be processed once we receive the originally ordered item back from the courier.
Refunds if applicable
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 working days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping
To return your product, drop an email at support@greymode.in or whatsapp @ +917530021666 we shall arrange a reverse pick up within 48 hrs.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
