For international orders please whatsapp 91-9087723533 or email us at inquiry@greymode.org. We would get back to you with the quote after going through your requirements. If the order is confirmed you can proceed paying us through Paypal. PayPal: To pay through PayPal with Paypal supported currencies. You will receive a payment request for the invoice amount by email. You can continue paying the invoice amount through PayPal from there. Alternately you can also pay us the invoice amount directly at www.paypal.me/greymode without any delay in waiting for the mail.
International Shipping
We majorly ship to Singapore, Malaysia, SriLanka, France, USA, Canada, Australia, UK and UAE. We also try to ship other countries not listed above. You can mail us @ inquiry@greymode.org about your requirement and destination, we would get back to you with the quote with shipping charges.
Returns
Unfortunately we are unable to take any returns for international orders currently.
When will my I receive my product?
We normally fulfill orders within 2 days from the date of order. Average shipping time is 4 days from the date of fulfillment. However in some cases, we may take longer, up to 6 working days, to ship the order depending upon the order size and product.
How to track my shipment?
You can track your shipments from order status page when you are logged in to your account. If you don't have an account created with us you can track here using the tracking id provided in order confirmation mail.

No. Just drop a mail or message, We will take care of the rest.
How will I get my Refund?
If it's a prepaid order the order amount will be sent back to your Bank Account. If it's a COD order you will have to share your Bank Details to get refunded.
When will I receive my refund?
You will receive your refund immediately after we receive the returned item.
